Here are just a few deals I've spotted today.
Entertainment is offering their coupon books for $5.99 for the next three days. These may be good if you're going on vacation. Plus, if you shop purchase the book through Shop At Home, you'll get 20% cash back on your Entertainment.com purchase. We've saved well over the cost of the book just using the rental car coupons for business trips, and the Joann Fabrics coupons.
Groupon has those cute little flirty aprons for half off. I absolutely love the style of these aprons but the frugality in me won't even spend the $15 on them. However, it does make me want to hit Joann Fabrics, head over to my craft room and whip up one of my own!
Aldi is giving away three $100 gift certificates each week for their store. First, you have to like them on Facebook. So head over to Aldi and give them a "like" for your chance for a $100 Aldi gift certificate. I love saving at Aldi so the idea of a free $100 to put on my table is a pretty nice idea to me.
Lastly, the Bonton is having their final hours of $50 off a $100 purchase in their stores. This is not available online. I've actually managed to get some really good deals (if I could get past all the exclusions) from the Bonton but it is very important to check the store exclusions or what you think is a great deal may end up being a purchase that will sink the pit of your stomach.

Stretching Your Laundry Detergent and Your Budget
I've made my own laundry detergent for a few years now but when I began using coupons, I was able to buy laundry detergent at a cheaper price and stocked up on it. I actually like the way my laundry recipe works on my clothes and it lasts even longer than the laundry detergent I buy out of the store. So I decided to put my already great detergent into super mode.
My recipe is pretty basic, what you'd find online pretty much anywhere - Fels Naptha Soap bar, Arm & Hammer Washing Soda (not baking soda), and Borax. I melt the soap in some water and add the soda and borax, place it into a 5 gallon pail and add water to fill. I do add some clean cotton fragrance oil to give it a nice fragrance because, without it, my clothes smell pretty blah. Once that's done, I have a pretty basic homemade laundry detergent.
Since getting a good number of Purex laundry detergent for little or nothing with my coupons, I decided to add a 33 oz bottle to my already wonderful laundry detergent and now I have a super stain removing laundry detergent. Grass stains that were once troublesome were gone! I even got the breastfed baby poop stains out of baby Cee's onesies very easily (and they can be quite stubborn stains). I suppose since Fels Naptha has a long history of it's stain fighting properties, it shouldn't have been surprising that the stains came out so well but I honestly didn't get the those particular stains out so easily until I combined both the Purex and the Fels Naptha.
Now I have 5 gallons of super charged detergent that will last me for months (even doing four to five loads daily). I've now filled the original Purex container with my mixture and use about two tablespoons per load in my front loader. (One of these days the Lord will bless us with more than one machine for all of this wonderful laundry but until then, I praise Him for the one we have now!) It's always good to find ways to stretch the precious dollars that seem to be harder to come by than they are to spend.

Save 25% at The Bon-Ton - Limited Exclusions
The Bon-Ton is having a friends and family sale through 6/13 where
you'll get up to an extra 25% off almost everything plus 10% off
cosmetics. The only exclusions in this sale are Incredible Values, Yellow Dot, and Tempur-Pedic (Registered Trademark). There are coupons for this pass in regional Sunday Newspapers or you can use promo JFRFAMBP012 online if you don't live in an area where there's a Bon Ton store. The Bon-Ton is advertising this sale as the first ever with virtually no exclusions.
Yellow Dot clearance is about 60% off with the extra 50% off already permanently reduced prices so these are not included in the sale because the prices are already so low.
If shopping online, be sure to shop through Shop At Home for 3% cash back or Ebates for 2%. Ebates is less cash back; however they're now offering a $10 gift card for new sign ups. Choices include Target, Barnes & Noble, Home Depot, Magazines.com, and, of course, Ebates.

Bath and Body Works Free Hand Soaps
I love Bath and Body Works lotions and hand soaps and today they're having a "bubbly summer surprise" sale. When you purchase one hand soap, you get one free. This sale expires today, June 10 and is only available in the U.S. The fine print is one free item per customer and the free item is of $5.50 value. Also, if you have the coupons that have been going around, you'll also be able to get an additional 20% off of this but hurry. Both the sale and the coupon expire today!

Cheap Pepsi Next and Pantene at Martins Foods
There's a nice deal at Martins Foods on the new Pepsi Next. I was able to give it a try last month when Target printed out catalinas for free Pepsi Next and it wasn't bad. As a former Pepsiholic, I didn't find it as up to the taste of the original Pepsi; however, this lower sugar alternative wasn't too bad at all. So here's the scenario at Martins if it's something you want to grab while it's cheap.
Purchase 8 Pepsi Next 2 liter bottles @ 4/$5
Get an instant $3 off your purchase
Use 4 - $1/2 Pepsi Next coupons from the PepsiCo insert from 4/29
Pay $3 or $.38 each
There's also a P&G rebate on select P&G products if you purchase $40 this week. A catalina will print out after you've purchased $40 worth of the products in the same transaction. That means that all the products you purchase will need to be on the same receipt to get the catalina for the rebate.
Our family can use up a bottle of shampoo in no time and Pantene is one of those products that are good for the gift card. So here's the scenario I came up with:
Purchase 6 Shampoos and 6 conditioners @ 2/$7
Use 6 buy one get one free coupons from P&G insert 4/29 and
Use 3 $1/2 Pantene coupons (expire today)
Pay $18
Receive $10 P&G rebate
Final Cost: $8 or $.67 per bottle
I recently purchase the plant based shampoo and conditioner on another sale and my girls love it. So I'll use this opportunity to stock up again.

Scrubbing Bubbles Mega Shower Foamer Review
Spring cleaning is amongst us, and coupons.com is helping us get this thing underway. Right now there are some nice coupons for some of the SC Johnson cleaning products like Pledge, Scrubbing Bubbles, Windex, and Fantastik. Many of these products are on sale at my local Martins and a few are on even on sale at CVS.
Usually, I try to stick with my natural cleaning items like vinegar, baking soda, and ammonia, using Soft Scrub only occasionally; however, I'd been hearing a lot about the Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner and the coupons make for a perfect opportunity to try it out.
I headed over to Coupons.com and printed out coupons for $.50 off of any Mega Shower Foamer from two different computers, which gave me four coupons per product (since it's a 2 print per computer limit). Martins had Scrubbing Bubbles for $3.50. I'm not sure if it was the best sale price on this item but it was decent enough for me to get a couple to try out. I was able to get $1.00 off because Martins doubles up to four like coupons. So $2.50 didn't seem like a bad try it price.
My shower is completely white and can get very difficult to clean so I've been looking for something to help me get this done the best way possible. Soft Scrub has been the closest thing to that for cleaning my shower until this morning when I tried the Scrubbing Bubbles Mega Foam Shower Cleaner with Extend a Clean. I was quite impressed. I sprayed it on at approximately a three feet distance, left it on for a few minutes and wiped my shower down with a rag. Immediately I noticed how easily I could wipe the surface clean. I'm talking about a really nice clean! There was no soap scum or residue on my shower surface or streaks on my chrome fixtures. I also noticed that it removed the soap scum from my glass shower doors; however, it didn't leave it "Windex" clean, which I would have preferred even more. It was probably the only con that I can note, especially in comparison to my Soft Scrub standby. The foamer also left a clean smell that wasn't perfumey, heavy or overpowering. It was just a nice looking, clean shower when I finished.
I was so happy that the clean was so easy that I found myself doing my very own Scrubbing Bubbles dance. I know my sixteen year old thought I'd about lost it when she saw me dancing around my bathroom but she's a clean a-holic and can appreciate a good cleaning agent. Besides, having cleaned my shower a number of times when I was recovering from the c-section, she knows, first-hand, how hard my shower can be to clean. I could tell from her smile that she couldn't wait to use it herself. I found it quite impressive.
So now I'm going back to get some rain checks for more Scrubbing Bubbles (since I took the last two). I'm also going to check the boards for running prices so that I can make sure I get the best stock up price on these.

Save A Dollar on Naked Juice
I love Naked Juice. I've only had the peach fruit smoothie but they're really good (though costly for a little drink). I'm excited that Facebook has a printable $1 coupon off Naked juice and they allow you to print a dollar off coupon every two weeks from your Facebook account.
This is a good coupon for one of those two for sales that come up on Naked Juice. So head over to Facebook and "like" Naked Juice then "vote naked" for your coupon.

One A Day VitaCraves Coupon
Right now there's a $2 coupon available for One A Day VitaCrave gummy vitamins. This is a Bricks coupon and can be printed twice if you hit your back button. I actually got this one from their Facebook page; however, when I tested the link, it went straight to the Bricks coupon. Either way, it's a good coupon to have on hand to use while vitamins are on sale before spring!

Up to $7 off Rembrandt and Possible CVS Deal
Just saw a commercial for up to $5 off of Rembrandt products so I headed over to 1rembrandt.com only to find that it was up to $7 off. The first coupon was $5 "off any REMBRANDT® DEEPLY WHITE® 2 Hour Whitening Kit, or any two REMBRANDT® toothpastes or mouthwash." The second was $2 "off any REMBRANDT® Whitening Toothpaste or REMBRANDT® DEEPLY WHITE® + Peroxide Whitening Mouthwash." CVS has $3 off of Rembrandt toothpaste and rinse when you use your CVS card. It's not a coupon so the register will automatically take off the $3 at checkout. Combine that with the $5 off coupon for nice savings.
Note* There is a form that you will have to fill out to get the coupons.

Centrum Vitamins $10 Off Coupon
Centrum (Nutrition Possible) and WebMD are presenting an opportunity to take a short assessment to help them to build your vitamin plan. In exchange, they're giving away a $10 off coupon for a BOGO offer - buy any one Centrum Multivitamin and get one Centrum and get $10 off any ProNutrients Supplement. If you head over to their Facebook page and like them, click on special offers and you'll see the link there. I'm not too sure how long they'll be giving out this coupon so you may want to hurry.
You will have to fill out the assessment and fill out a short form for Nutrition Possible and the coupon will be mailed to you. This makes for a great offer since there have been a lot of great sales on multivitamins, some that have ended up free vitamins!
There are also Centrum/Centrum Specialist $3 off coupons still on RedPlum.com if you're interested in getting some instant savings on vitamins. CVS will be having them for $6.99 next week, and if you buy two, you'll get $4 ECB. Not to mention, when I was there today, I scanned my CVS card and the kiosk shot out a $4 of any Centrum ProNutrients product. These won't be included in the sale next week but if you have still have the $5 off any one ProNutrients Fruits and Veggie manufacturer coupon from Red Plum 1/1, you can get a 50 count bottle for about $4 making a nice savings.
